Nose to nose with the animals
Our petting zoo for animal lovers
A real highlight for families is our lovingly kept petting zoo, where you can meet plenty of animals up close. Curious goats, colourful chickens and fluffy guinea pigs and rabbits all live here.
At the stable you can watch the animals, stroke them and of course feed them. Children especially love the morning feed, when you are right there in the middle of it and get to know the animals properly.
Whether it is the first feed of the morning or an afternoon cuddle, the petting zoo brings a little animal joy to your camping day. Just come along, watch and enjoy.

Out in the green
Our animals in the paddock
Right next to the petting zoo, our animal stars are waiting for you: the two alpacas Max and Fips, along with our lovely ponies. The morning feed comes with a special treat, the “alpaca shower”. Max and Fips reliably provide the entertainment, shaking themselves with gusto and sending little sprays of water flying.
Our ponies are enjoying a well-earned retirement these days. They are no longer ridden, but they are always pleased about a fuss and the company of our guests. A visit to the paddock is always worth it, because this is where you can watch the animals in peace and get really close to them.

And these are far from all of them: the petting zoo is also home to chickens, quails and guinea pigs, and a good few residents wander the grounds without ever having checked in.
